1. SHIPPING & DISPATCH
All original works and prints are carefully packed and dispatched from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for preparation before dispatch, unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You will receive tracking information once your piece is on its way.
Customs fees, import taxes, or duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Given the unique and limited nature of original artworks and fine art pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
If your work arrives damaged during transit, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artworks, images, text, and visual content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Anna Artyushenko.
No image or artwork may be copied, reproduced, printed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist.
4. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
When you contact me via email or Telegram regarding available works, commissions, or inquiries, I collect only the necessary information to communicate with you and arrange shipping (such as your name, email address, and delivery address).
Payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party providers and are never stored on this website.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is used solely to fulfill your requests or orders, and to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
