All artwork and images remain the intellectual property of the artist and must not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.  
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without prior notice. I may update these policies from time to time and will post any changes on this page.

When you place an order or contact me through this website, I may collect your name, email address, postal / shipping address, and details of your order. Payment details are processed securely by third‑party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) and are not stored on this website.

I use your personal data to:  
process and deliver your order, and communicate with you about it;  
respond to enquiries sent through the contact form or email 

I do not sell your personal data. I only share it with trusted third parties where necessary to run this website and fulfil your order, for example: website hosting providers, payment processors, and shipping or printing services when necessary. These providers are only given the information they need to perform their services.

I keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, accounting, or tax requirements. Enquiries sent through the contact form or email may be kept for up to two years for reference, unless you ask me to delete them sooner, where possible.

All prints are carefully packed and shipped from Northern Ireland.
Please allow up to 10 business days for preparation before dispatch.
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service, and may take up to 14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If your country is not available at checkout, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

Customs fees or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the limited edition nature of the prints, returns and exchanges are not accepted.  
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, and I will do my best to assist you.
