COMMISSIONS & ORDERS
All custom orders and commissions are handled individually. Details such as pricing, deadlines, and delivery formats will be agreed upon before the work begins.
Once a commission is accepted, it cannot be canceled. No refunds or exchanges are available for completed custom work.
SHIPPING
If applicable, physical orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
RETURNS
Due to the custom and limited nature of artworks, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. All prepayments are non-refundable.
